These Wynn Rewards Program terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) form the basis of participation in the Wynn Rewards program (the “Program”). For most current Terms and Conditions of the Program, visit: wynnlasvegas.com/wynn-rewards-terms. Participation in this Program will be governed by these Terms and Conditions. Enrollment as a member of the Program and/or use of member’s Wynn Rewards card (“Card”) constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Program is available through Wynn Las Vegas, Encore Boston Harbor, and WynnBET (collectively the “Wynn”, “our” and “we”) with rewards redeemable through the following Wynn Resorts Limited affiliates: Wynn Las Vegas and Encore at Wynn Las Vegas (collectively “Wynn and Encore Las Vegas”), Encore Boston Harbor, and the WynnBET app or site. Your privacy is important to us. A copy of the Wynn Rewards Privacy Notice is available here.

Eligibility for Program Membership

1. To be enrolled in the Program, members must (i) be 21 years of age or older, (ii) provide at a minimum, full legal name, physical address, phone number, email, date of birth, and personal tax identification number, if applicable, and (iii) agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. To complete registration and activate Wynn Rewards membership, member must: (i) appear in person at a Wynn Rewards desk located at Wynn and Encore Las Vegas or Encore Boston Harbor and present valid government issued photo identification, acceptable to Wynn; or (ii) complete the identity verification process by creating an account with WynnBET.  A Card may be obtained in person at the Wynn Rewards desk at Wynn and Encore Las Vegas or Encore Boston Harbor.

2. Presentation of valid government issued photo identification, acceptable to Wynn, will be required forcertain activities at a Wynn Rewards desk located at Wynn and Encore Las Vegas or Encore Boston Harbor such as, but not limited to, account registration, account information updates, requesting new or duplicate Cards, creating or changing a personal identification number (PIN), or redeeming Program benefits. Enrollment in the Program and activities within the WynnBET app or site will occur with a valid, verified WynnBET account. 

3. Persons who are not legally permitted to engage in gambling; have entered into the Wynn Self-Exclusion Program; entered into a self-limit or self-exclusion program in an applicable state; or been banned or trespassed by Wynn are not eligible for membership in the Program.  In addition, persons who have entered into a self-limit or self-exclusion program through WynnBET, or enrolled in a cooling-off period through WynnBET, are not eligible to participate in the Program through WynnBET. Notwithstanding the above, membership prohibitions in the Program shall only apply for the term of the self-limit, self-exclusion or cooling-off period, if applicable.

4. Upon enrollment in the Program, member agrees that any information provided and/or collected in connection with the Program is subject to the terms of the Wynn Rewards Privacy Policy (which is available here) and member consents to the sharing of their personal and other information with affiliates and partners of Wynn. 

5. Subject to applicable legal requirements, members consent to receiving promotional and informational communications from Wynn’s properties, affiliates, and partners. Member may withdraw consent for marketing and set communication preferences for the Program at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in the marketing message, by logging in to their Program account and updating their communication preferences, or by contacting Wynn at privacy@wynnresorts.com. This process is for disabling marketing and communications regarding the Program, Wynn and Encore Las Vegas and Encore Boston Harbor.  For marketing and communication preferencesassociated with WynnBET, please visit the WynnBET app or site.   

General Terms

6. Members acknowledge and agree that membership in the Program and its benefits are provided at the discretion of management. Management reserves the right to unilaterally change, amend, suspend, cancel or terminate any aspect of the Program, its benefits and/or its Terms and Conditions in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice for any or no reason. Management will make reasonable efforts to notify members of Program changes that may adversely alter, diminish, forfeitor terminate members’ benefits at least thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of such changes.

7. Members may only have one (1) Program account. Duplicate accounts may be deleted at Wynn’s sole discretion and any benefits, including without limitation, slot points, FREECREDIT, COMPDOLLARS, or Tier Credits will be forfeited.

8. Membership in the Program and all associated benefits are non-transferable (including upon death, divorce, or by operation of law).  

9. Cards and accounts may only be used by the member listed on the account. Any benefits earned with member’s Card or account used by another individual will be void, and member’s account and all associated Program benefits are subject to termination. Member is responsible for the use and activity on Card or account by another individual.

10. All benefits associated with membership in Program including, but not limited to, tier, Tier Credits, slot points, FREECREDIT, COMPDOLLARS, complimentaries, and offers have no cash value and may not be substituted or exchanged.

11. Effective July 31, 2021, members are not allowed to link their account with another member’s account. For those accounts already linked prior to July 31, 2021 (“Legacy Accounts”), those accounts will be allowed to remain linked until such time as they’re unlinked or deemed inactive in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Wynn reserves all rights to unlink Legacy Accounts at any time without notice in its sole discretion. To unlink Legacy Accounts, only one (1) guest must be present. Legacy Accounts have access to editing information on both accounts and allow for combining slot points earned and redemption of FREECREDIT and COMPDOLLARS from either card. Tier Credits earned and tier status cannot be combined. Wynn is not responsible for the use and activity on Legacy Accounts by linked members.

12. Each member will be required to select a secure personal identification number (PIN) at time of obtaining a Card for accessing their account at Wynn and Encore Las Vegas or Encore Boston Harbor.  

13. It is member’s responsibility to safeguard and protect their Card, PIN and account information. 

14. Wynn is not responsible for misuse of lost or stolen Cards or any losses arising out of or related to the use of member’s account by any person other than member, including without limitation unauthorized access through mobile or online accounts or disclosure of PIN.

15. Wynn requires appropriate and respectful interactions between our guests and employees in our resorts and apps. Wynn reserves the right to trespass anyone and suspend any and all accounts, of anyone exhibiting behavior, language or clothing that, at Wynn’s discretion, is inconsistent with Wynn’s behavior standards which can be found on Wynn’s website here: Here.  

16. Violation of these Terms and Conditions including, without limitation, misuse of a Card or account to manipulate accumulation of benefits, other improper conduct as determined by management, or if a member is barred from the resort(s) or from gaming play by management for business reasons, may subject the member, without limitation, to forfeiture of the Account, slot points, FREECREDIT, COMPDOLLARS, any associated benefits, and membership, appropriate administrative and/or legal action by Wynn, and/or, if member is a WynnBET patron, suspension of member’s WynnBET account in management's discretion. In addition, Wynn reserves the rights to take appropriate legal action to recover damages, including its attorneys’ fees incurred in prosecuting or defending any lawsuit or other administrative or legal process related hereto.

17. All decisions concerning the interpretation and application or administration of these Terms and Conditions are within the sole discretion of management. Management’s decision in any dispute will be final and binding subject to regulatory appeals processes.

18. Employees of Wynn and its affiliates and their spouses and cohabitants, regardless of division, department, job, title, or status are not eligible for customer incentive and promotional items including membership in the Program.

19. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time by management without notice and replace any previous versions of Red Card or Wynn Insider Terms and Conditions. Continued use of the Program constitutes member’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

20. In order to accumulate Tier Credits, slot points, or COMPDOLLARS at Wynn and Encore Las Vegas and Encore Boston Harbor, member is responsible for properly inserting their Card into an eligible slot machine or providing their Card to a table games dealer prior to beginning their play. Properly inserted means the bezel around the Card reader is a solid green indicating member is actively engaged in playing a slot machine. Member’s Card will timeout and the bezel will turn yellow and blink indicating an inactive status when member’s play pauses too long. The bezel will be red if a Card is not inserted or is inserted incorrectly. Slot points will be officially earned only after a member’s gaming session is complete. For slot play, a gaming session is complete only after a member’s Card is removed.

21. Tier Credits, COMPDOLLARS and FREECREDIT will be automatically earned through online casino and sports wagers in the WynnBET app or site. COMPDOLLARS will be awarded on bet settlement and may take up to twenty-four (24) hours to reflect in the WynnBET app or site.

22. Live poker, race bets, electronic table games (whether in live dealer mode or not) and certain reel slots and video poker machines (collectively “slot machines”) at Wynn and Encore Las Vegas and Encore Boston Harbor are not eligible to earn slot points, Tier Credits, or COMPDOLLARS. See Wynn Rewards desk for more detail on certain slot machine exclusions. At Encore Boston Harbor, Black tier and Chairman’s Club tier Wynn Rewards members may earn COMPDOLLARS on retail sports wagers. All other tier Wynn Rewards Members at Encore Boston Harbor and all Wynn Rewards members at Wynn and Encore Las Vegas may not earn slot points, Tier Credits, or COMPDOLLARS on retail sports wagers.

23. Wynn reserves the right to adjust slot points, Tier Credits, and COMPDOLLARS balances or other benefits resulting from malfunction, operator error or fraud.

24. Any unused or unredeemed benefits, including without limitation, slot points and COMPDOLLARS, will be forfeited upon expiration.

Tiers Benefits and How to Earn

25. Members can increase their tiers and associated benefits by using their Card while playing select slot machines and table games to earn Tier Credits at Wynn and Encore Las Vegas and Encore Boston Harbor.  WynnBET patrons will automatically earn Tier Credits for online casino games (if casino games are available in the state where member is placing a wager) and slot games and sports wagers through WynnBET.  There are four (4) Program tiers as follows:

a. Red tier = 0 – 6,999 Tier Credits

b. Platinum tier = 7,000 – 69,999 Tier Credits

c. Black tier = 70,000 or more Tier Credits

d. Chairman’s Club tier = invite-only tier

26. Tier Credits are earned while playing select slot machines, and table games at Wynn and Encore Las Vegas and Encore Boston Harbor and online casino and sports wagers through WynnBET, and are based on member’s average bet, type of game played, and length of play. For WynnBET patrons, Tier Credits cannot be earned on bet credits, cancelled bets, or early cash-out bets.

27. All Tiers, excluding the Chairman’s Club tier, are valid from the date the Tier is attained until January 31 of the following year (“Tier Benefit Redemption Period”). Tier Credits are reset to zero annually (January 1 of each calendar year) and member’s Tier for each new calendar year will be established based on the Tier Credits earned from the previous calendar year (January 1 through December 31) and member’s designated Tier level will be effective February 1 through January 31 of each year.

Slot Points Benefits - How to Earn and Redeem at Wynn and Encore Las Vegas and Encore Boston Harbor

28. Slot points are earned while playing select reel slots and video poker machines at Wynn and Encore Las Vegas and Encore Boston Harbor. Members earn one (1) slot point for every $5 coin in on reel slots or one (1) slot point for every $10 or $20 coin in (based on game) on video poker machines. Members will not earn slots points while using FREECREDIT. Slot points earned as part of the Program expire twelve (12) months from the date they are earned.

29. Slot points earned from playing slot machines at Wynn and Encore Las Vegas and Encore Boston Harbor can be converted into FREECREDIT in select reel slots and video poker machines (“Point Play”). Members will be required to enter their PIN to use the Point Play feature and/or to activate FREECREDIT. Members must visit any Wynn Rewards desk if a new PIN is required. 

30. In order to use FREECREDIT at Wynn and Encore Las Vegas and Encore Boston Harbor, member must first insert their Card into an eligible slot machine along with cash or a slot voucher and press the Point Play feature. FREECREDIT will be loaded to the slot machine after each spin or hand is completed equal to the amount of the wager; regardless if member lost or won that spin or hand. 

31. A minimum of 500 slot points is required to use the Point Play feature, there is a daily conversion limit from Point Play to FREECREDIT of 2,500,000 slot points which equals $25,000 in FREECREDIT, and a daily limit for use of FREECREDIT of $150,000, regardless if awarded or converted. When converting Point Play on a Wynn Las Vegas slot machine, member must convert all available Point Play in a single transaction, up to the daily maximum. 

32. FREECREDIT converted from slot points is only valid for 30 days after Point Play conversion. FREECREDIT awarded as an offer or prize generally expires at a different rate and will be specified within the applicable offer, promotion or tournament separate terms and conditions.

33. FREECREDIT provided as part of a promotion, bonus, offer, tournament, or host discretion is not redeemable online or through affiliate companies and may only be redeemed where the award was granted.

34. Slot points earned at Wynn and Encore Las Vegas and Encore Boston Harbor will not display in the WynnBET app or site and cannot be converted through WynnBET.  FREECREDIT which is converted from Slot Points at Wynn and Encore Las Vegas and Encore Boston Harbor may be used at either property or through WynnBET.

35. Slot points are not earned through play on WynnBET.

FREECREDIT – How to Earn Through WynnBET

36. In addition to FREECREDIT which was converted from Slot Points at Wynn and Encore Las Vegas and Encore Boston Harbor, member can earn FREECREDIT while playing casino games (if casino games are available in the state where member is placing a wager) and wagering on sports through WynnBET. FREECREDIT cannot be earned on bet credits, cancelled bets, or early cash-out bets.

37. FREECREDIT earned through WynnBET expires twelve (12) months after being earned. FREECREDIT awarded as an offer or prize generally expires at a different rate and will be specified within the applicable offer, promotion, bonus, or tournament separate terms and conditions.

38. FREECREDIT provided as part of a promotion, bonus, offer, tournament, or host discretion is not redeemable through affiliate companies and may only be redeemed through the WynnBET app.

39. FREECREDIT may be used at Wynn and Encore Las Vegas and Encore Boston Harbor as set forth above, or it may be converted to a Casino Bonus (for casino game play) or Bet Credit (for sports wagers) (collectively a “Bonus”) for online casino play or sports wagering in the WynnBET app or site.  Visit the Casino Bonus at https://bet.wynnbet.com/page/casino-bonus and Bet Credit at https://bet.wynnbet.com/page/bet-credits pages for additional terms and conditions related to these Bonuses.

40. In order to convert FREECREDIT to a Bonus, the WynnBET patron must go the Rewards Store in the WynnBET app or site and select the amount of Bonus for which earned FREECREDIT will be applied.  

COMPDOLLARS Benefits and How to Earn and Redeem

41. COMPDOLLARS are earned while playing select reel slots, video poker machines, and tables gamesat Wynn and Encore Las Vegas and Encore Boston Harbor, or for online casino games (if casino games are available in the state where member is placing a wager) and sports wagers through WynnBET. COMPDOLLARS are earned based on member’s average bet, type of game played, and length of play. COMPDOLLARS cannot be earned on bet credits, cancelled bets, or early cash-out bets.

42. COMPDOLLARS are subject to certain accruing and spending limits per tier and location as follows:

^Once member reaches the accrued limit, member must spend some or all of their COMPDOLLARS, subject to the daily spend limit, before they can earn more COMPDOLLARS.

43. COMPDOLLARS may be redeemed for dining, retail, and other amenities at select Wynn-owned venues and hotels listed on the COMPDOLLARS site at the time of redemption. 44. To redeem COMPDOLLARS at the applicable redemption outlets other than shopwynnrewards.com, member must present their valid government issued photo identification and Card at the eligible outlet at the time of point of sale. COMPDOLLARS cannot be applied retroactively. Resort fees, gratuities, purchase of gift cards and certain service or venue fees are excluded. Applicable sales tax shall be charged on the full retail value of item(s) or service(s). Any charges above available COMPDOLLARS are the responsibility of member.

45. To redeem COMPDOLLARS on shopwynnrewards.com, member must log onto their Wynn Rewards account via shopwynnrewards.com, add the desired items to cart, complete shipping info and acknowledgements, and ‘reserve the order’ to process the shopwynnrewards.com order request.  Member must finalize checkout of the shopwynnrewards.com order in-person by presenting their valid government issued photo identification and Card at the Shop Wynn Rewards Desk located at the Wynn Las Vegas casino floor during the normal Shop Wynn Rewards Desk operating hours. Once the checkout of the ordered items is finalized, the ordered items will be shipped to guest at the indicated shipping address.  Members must have a sufficient COMPDOLLARS balance available to process the Shop Wynn Rewards purchase, split payments options are not available. COMPDOLLARS balances cannot be transferred.

46. All sales using COMPDOLLARS are final; refunds will not be issued.

47. COMPDOLLARS expire twelve (12) months after earning if earned at Wynn and Encore Las Vegasor through WynnBET, or six (6) months after earning if earned at Encore Boston Harbor.

48. At time of redemption, COMPDOLLARS will be deducted first from COMPDOLLARS allocations earned at the location of redemption before any other COMPDOLLARS are redeemed.

49. COMPDOLLARS and other Program benefits will be deducted first before other forms of discretionary complimentaries are redeemed.

50. COMPDOLLARS provided as part of a promotion, bonus, offer, tournament, or host discretion is not redeemable online through affiliate companies and may only be redeemed where the award was granted, either at the Wynn or Encore location at which it was granted or through WynnBET.

51. Members participating in a Wynn gaming discount or allowance program are not eligible to earn or redeem COMPDOLLARS or other Wynn Rewards annual benefits as may be updated from time to time. 

WynnBET Instant Rewards, Concierge Rewards and Tier Offers

52. WynnBET instant rewards will be issued to members at the discretion of WynnBET based on current, real-time activity of the member on WynnBET. Instant rewards are valid only for the offer stated at the time of issuance and cannot be transferred or exchanged. Expiration of the instant rewards offer will be specified within the applicable offer.

53. WynnBET concierge rewards will be issued at the discretion of WynnBET based on member’s total play history and current tier level. Concierge rewards are valid only for the offer stated at the time of issuance and cannot be transferred or exchanged. Expiration and details for redemption of the concierge rewards offer will be specified within the applicable offer.

54. WynnBET tier offers will be issued at the discretion of WynnBET based on the current tier level of the member and communicated through direct communication to the member. Tier offers awarded as an offer or promotion generally expire at different rates and will be specified within the applicable offer, promotion, or bonus. All tier offer terms and conditions will be provided at the time of issuance and/or redemption, as applicable.

Wynn and Encore Las Vegas Birthday FREECREDIT

55. FREECREDIT awarded as part of this Program benefit is valid during member’s month of birthday, must be activated by visiting a Wynn Rewards desk during Wynn Rewards desk’s operating hours before the last day of the month in which member’s birthday falls and must be redeemed at Wynn and Encore Las Vegas on or before the last day of that month .

56. Complimentary birthday FREECREDIT will be based on member’s rated play at Wynn and Encore Las Vegas.

57. FREECREDIT included in this Program benefit expires either seventy-two (72) hours after issuance or the last day of the month in which member's birthdate falls, whichever occurs first and any unused FREECREDIT will be forfeited.

Wynn and Encore Las Vegas Complimentary Birthday Dinner Credit

Platinum tier = $150; Black and Chairman’s Club tiers = $300

58. To redeem complimentary birthday dinner credit, member must visit the Wynn Rewards desk at Wynn and Encore Las Vegas during Wynn Rewards desk’s operating hours or contact their Personal Casino Host. Complimentary birthday dinner credit is valid at select Wynn- owned restaurants at Wynn and Encore Las Vegas only and not available for redemption at Delilah, Cipriani, Urth Caffé, or La Cave. Gratuities are not included. Reservations are recommended and subject to availability. Blackout dates may apply. Member must present valid government issued identification and Card at point of sale. Member is responsible for any gratuity and charges above dinner credit benefit. Complimentary birthday dinner credit is valid during member’s month of birth and must be redeemed before the last day of that month. Member may only redeem once per Tier Benefit Redemption Period.

Wynn and Encore Las Vegas Complimentary Spa Credit

Platinum tier = $100; Black and Chairman’s Club tiers = $200

59. Program benefit includes a spa credit in applicable amount that may be used towards services at The Wynn Spa or The Encore Spa located at Wynn Las Vegas. Gratuities are not included. Excludes salon service charges. Any costs or spa services over and above the stated amount are the responsibility of member. Unused spa credit amounts will not be refunded and has no cash value. Spa credit is non-transferrable, may not be exchanged or substituted, is not available on holidays, over holidayweekends or during special events, may only be redeemed one time, does not include anything not mentioned in these Terms and Conditions and may not be broken up or applied to more than one service. Winners and guests will be required to adhere to all applicable Wynn policies when using the spa. Member must call The Wynn Spa or The Encore Spa located at Wynn Las Vegas to make a reservation, subject to availability. Members may only redeem the spa credit benefit one (1) time during the calendar year from (February 1 through January 31) based on member’s tier status at time of redemption, regardless of tier status changes.  For the avoidance of doubt, in the event a Platinum tier member redeems their spa credit benefit and then later increases their tier status to Black during the calendar year, such member will already be deemed to have redeemed the spa credit and shall not be entitled to redeem the Black tier spa credit benefit. Member may only redeem once per Tier Benefit Redemption Period.

Complimentary Round of Golf for Two (2) at Wynn Las Vegas

Black and Chairman’s Club tiers

60. Program benefit is limited to one (1) 18-hole round of golf for member and one (1) guest at Wynn Golf Club. Tee time is subject to availability. Blackout dates may apply, including on holidays, over holiday weekends and during special events or tournaments.  One (1) round of golf includes loaner clubs for member and guest, one (1) golf cart, complimentary non-alcoholic beverages and one (1) caddie.  Gratuities are not included. Wynn Golf Club rules will apply, including without limitation dress code and appropriate conduct.  Such one (1) round of golf is non-transferrable and member must be present during the time of reservation. Any unused round of golf booked under the Program will be forfeited and is not redeemable at a later date or refundable. Once member attains Black tier, member must contact Personal Casino Host to schedule a tee time, subject to availability. Members may only redeem the Wynn Golf benefit one (1) time during the calendar year from (February 1 through January 31) based on member’s tier status at time of redemption, regardless of any tier status changes.  For the avoidance of doubt, in the event a Black tier member redeems their Wynn Golfbenefit and then later increases their tier status to Chairman’s Club during the calendar year, such member will already be deemed to have redeemed the Wynn Golf benefit and shall not be entitled to redeem an additional Wynn Golf benefit. Member may only redeem once per Tier Benefit Redemption Period.

Complimentary Airport Transportation for On-Property Stays

Chairman’s Club tier

61. Wynn will provide member and one (1) guest with roundtrip ground transportation between the hotel and closest airport (i.e., for Las Vegas travel between Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas, NV and Wynn and Encore Las Vegas, and for Boston travel between Boston Logan International Airport in Boston, MA and Encore Boston Harbor) with a hotel reservation. Member must provide hotel with travel information by no later than five (5) days prior to the requested pick-up time.Reservations are required and subject to availability.

Wynn Las Vegas Complimentary Master Classes for 2 

Platinum tier = 2 classes; Black and Chairman’s Club tiers = 4 classes 

62. To redeem complimentary Wynn Master Classes, member must visit the Wynn Rewards desk during Wynn Rewards desk’s operating hours or contact their Personal Casino Host. Program benefit is for member plus one (1) guest. Reservations are required and subject to availability. Member must present valid government issued photo identification at time of service.  Gratuities are not included.  Additional conditions and policies may apply based on Master Class selected; details will be provided upon reservation. Members may only redeem the Wynn Master Classes benefit one (1) time during the calendar year from (February 1 through January 31) based on member’s tier status at time of redemption, regardless of tier status changes.  For the avoidance of doubt, in the event a Platinum tier member redeems their Wynn Master Classes benefit and then later increases their tier status to Black during the calendar year, such member will already be deemed to have redeemed the Wynn Master Classes benefit and shall not be entitled to redeem the Black tier Wynn Master Classes benefit. Members may only redeem the applicable number of Master Classes based on their Tier during the Tier Benefit Redemption Period.

Wynn and Encore Las Vegas Complimentary Nightclub Entry for 2

63. To redeem a complimentary nightclub or day club entry, member must contact their Personal Casino Host. Program benefit is for member plus one (1) guest. Blackout dates may apply on holiday and peak periods. Reservations are required and subject to availability. Entry includes admission only and does not include table service, food, beverage, gratuities, or any other service or venue fees. Member and all guests must present valid government issued photo identification for admission.  Nightclub or day club rules will apply, including without limitation dress code and appropriate conduct.  

Complimentary Valet for On-Property Visits

64. Program benefit is limited to members only and limited to one (1) motor vehicle at any given time;subject to availability. Gratuities are not included. Complimentary valet service is non-transferrable,and member must be present during the time of service. 

Complimentary Self-Parking for On-Property Visits at Wynn and Encore Las Vegas

Platinum, Black and Chairman’s Club tiers

65. Program benefit is limited to members only and limited to one (1) motor vehicle at any given time;subject to availability. Complimentary self-parking is non-transferrable, and member must be presentand insert their membership card at the entrance and exit gates.

Complimentary Hotel Stay for up to 3 nights at Wynn or Encore Las Vegas or 1 night at Encore Boston Harbor

Black and Chairman’s Club tiers 

66. To redeem one (1) complimentary hotel stay for up to three (3) nights at Wynn or Encore Las Vegas or one (1) night at Encore Boston Harbor, member must contact their Personal Casino Host. Complimentary hotel stay is subject to availability and discretion of Personal Casino Host, based on game play through WynnBET, at Wynn and Encore Las Vegas, or at Encore Boston Harbor. Members may only redeem once per Tier Benefit Redemption Period

67. For Stays at Wynn and Encore Las Vegas:

Reservations are limited to Wynn or Encore Las Vegas Resort King rooms, subject to availability, limited to single or double occupancy, are only available on select dates and must be used in a single visit for one (1) room. Blackout dates may apply. Room upgrades are subject to Personal Casino Host’s discretion and based on availability. Standard hotel policies, including without limitation, occupancy, incidental deposit and check-in procedures, apply.

Complimentary stay is limited to three (3) nights and any additional room nights will be charged at Personal Casino Host’s discretion.  If additional room nights are purchased, a daily resort fee of either: (i) $45 plus tax for reservations booked prior to January 24, 2024; or (ii) $50 plus tax for reservations booked on or after January 24, 2024; will be added to your room folio for the entire stay which entitles you to receive in-room Wi-Fi for four devices; access for up to two persons to our fitness center; access to our resort pools and sundecks; a dedicated concierge offering special dining access, spa reservations and golf tee times; unlimited local, domestic long distance (including HI and AK) and toll free calls; a digital newsstand of magazines and newspapers; and Alexa in-room entertainment services and room controls. Some amenities, such as the fitness center and pool, are subject to availability and guest demand. The total shown for your online reservation or in your confirmation email, as applicable, does not include this daily fee. Complimentary hotel stay is not available at property of member’s predominant play, as noted in Wynn’s patron management system, and does not include air travel or other transportation. For example, a member who predominantly plays at Wynn Las Vegas can only use this Program benefit for Encore Boston Harbor. 

Unless otherwise specified below, cancellations must be received at least 72 hours prior to arrival date or the applicable hotel-only or package booking deposit will be forfeited. For room-only bookings, early departures will be subject to a penalty fee equal to the room rate and tax for the night on which the guest departed early if notice is not received prior to check-in. For package bookings, early departures will be subject to a penalty fee equal to all nights’ room and tax penalty.

Only registered guests will be permitted access to hotel rooms and suites. A $50 surcharge per guest shall be added for each guest exceeding the two (2) person limit. Maximum occupancy for all standard rooms and suites is four (4) guests.  A fee of $500 per person will be applied to any room or suite in excess of maximum occupancy, up to $3,000.  Violations will result in eviction and trespass from property. For a hotel-only booking, a deposit of one (1) night of room and tax will be charged at the time of booking except for bookings over peak period as set forth above. A valid credit card authorized to cover room and resort fees (if applicable) and tax, plus $150 a night for incidentals must be presented upon check-in.  Outside food and beverage, including coolers, are not permitted at the resort and casino.  Guests arriving with these items will be required to discard these items or leave them in their vehicle for the duration of their visit.

68. For Stays at Encore Boston Harbor:

Reservations are limited to Encore Boston Harbor Premier rooms, subject to availability, limited to single or double occupancy, offer is valid for one stay, may only be booked for one night. Room types are based on availability.  Additional blackout dates may apply, including on holidays, over during holidays weekends and during special events or tournaments.  This room offer is non-transferable, may not be combined with any other offer, is only available during a trip booked under this promotion and has no cash value. Offer is not valid for any group bookings, conventions or existing reservations, and is not commissionable. 

A $50 surcharge per guest shall be added for each guest exceeding the two (2) person limit. A credit card will be required at the time of booking to secure the reservation and cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to arrival date. For reservations which cancel late or no show, a $100 fee will be applied to the credit card on file. An Early Departure will be subject to a penalty fee of one night’s room rate and tax if notice is not received prior to check-in. A Late Check Out is subject to availability and represents half or a full day charge based on the current day’s prevailing room rate, room type, and actual time of departure. A valid credit card authorized to cover room, fees, tax, plus $150 a night for incidentals must be presented upon check-in. Wynn and Encore Las Vegas Cruise Benefits

Members may redeem one (1) total cruise package benefit based on member’s tier status as of the redemption date as more specifically set forth below (the “Cruise Benefit”) during the calendar year from (February 1 through January 31), regardless of tier. Members and their travel guests must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older to redeem the applicable Cruise Benefit and sail on the cruise. Members may only redeem once per Tier Benefit Redemption Period.

Two hundred U.S. Dollar ($200.00 USD) deposit will be charged to the member’s credit card at time of booking, and upon sailing, such deposit will be converted to a non-transferrable $200 onboard credit. In the event of cancellation, the $200 deposit shall be non-refundable.  Notwithstanding, the foregoing, discounted cruise offers are subject to a non-refundable deposit of ninety-nine U.S. Dollars ($99.00 USD) per person for the first two (2) guests.

The Cruise Benefit applies to cruise fare only on applicable Carnival Corporation (“Carnival”)cruise lines, including Carnival Cruise Line, Holland America Line and Seabourn Line. All applicable fees, taxes and port expenses are the responsibility of the member and travel guest.  All other expenses not expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions including, but not limited to, airfare, ground transportation, pre and post cruise accommodations, shore excursion fees, certain food and beverages including alcoholic beverages, gratuities, premium dining, spa services, onboard expenditures, and any other incidental costs or other expenses not specifically set forth herein are the sole responsibility of each member and/or his/her travel guest. Reservations are subject to availability, blackout dates, Cruise Benefit terms and conditions, the applicable Cruise Line Ticket Contract found at the respective cruise line’s website, cruise line policies and based on capacity restrictions.  Wynn and Encore Las Vegas and Carnival do not guarantee that the cruise will be available on the exact sailing dates or itinerary requested by a member.  All travel is capacity controlled and subject to availability.  Member and travel guest must travel on the same itinerary.  No credit refunds shall be provided for stateroom downgrades.  Any portion of a Cruise Benefit not accepted or used by a member will be forfeited, and Carnival and Wynn and Encore Las Vegas shall not be responsible for any inability of a member to accept or use any portion of the Cruise Benefit for any reason.

Members are eligible to redeem the applicable Cruise Benefit for their respective tier at the time of booking their Cruise Benefit, subject to the applicable terms and conditions to each cruise tiered offer set forth below. Members may only redeem the Cruise Benefit one (1) time during the calendar year from (February 1 through January 31) based on member’s tier status at time of redemption, regardless of any tier status changes.  For the avoidance of doubt, in the event a Platinum tier member redeems their Cruise Benefit and then later increases their tier status to Black during the calendar year, such member will already be deemed to have redeemed the Cruise Benefit and shall not be entitled to redeem an additional Cruise Benefit.

Red Tier Members

69. To redeem up to 30% off one (1) cruise fare for two (2) on any Holland America Line Cruise, Red Tier members must complete the Wynn Rewards Cruise Request Form at www.wynnlasvegas.com/wynn-rewards-cruise-redemption-request-form to authorize Carnival outreach and acknowledge the one-time cruise redemption per year policy.

Platinum Tier Members

70. To redeem (1) complimentary Holland America Line cruise for member and one (1) guest in one (1) double-occupancy Oceanview Stateroom, Platinum Tier members must have completed (2) non-consecutive hotel stays at Wynn Las Vegas during the previous or current calendar year.  Additionally, Platinum Tier members must complete the Cruise Request Form at link to authorize Carnival outreach and acknowledge the one-time cruise redemption per year policy. Destination and duration options: Maximum seven (7) day cruise to the Caribbean, Mexico, California Coastal, Alaska, Canada-New England, or Northern Europe. Members receive $100 Onboard Credit per stateroom and one (1) welcome amenity selected by Carnival.

Black Tier Members

71. To redeem (1) complimentary Holland America Line cruise for member and one (1) guest in one (1) double-occupancy Verandah Stateroom, Black Tier members must complete the Wynn Rewards Cruise Request Form at www.wynnlasvegas.com/wynn-rewards-cruise-redemption-request-form to authorize Carnival outreach and acknowledge the one-time cruise redemption per year policy. Destination and duration options: Maximum 6twelve (12) day cruise to the Caribbean, Mexico, California Coastal, Alaska, Canada-New England, or Northern Europe. Members receive $200Onboard Credit per stateroom and one (1) welcome amenity selected by Carnival.

Chairman’s Club Members

72. To redeem (1) complimentary Seabourn Line cruise for member and one (1) guest in one (1) double-occupancy Ocean View Suite, Chairman’s Club members must complete the Wynn Rewards Cruise Request Form at www.wynnlasvegas.com/wynn-rewards-cruise-redemption-request-form to authorize Carnival outreach and acknowledge the one-time cruise redemption per year policy. Destination and duration options: Maximum fourteen (14) day cruise to the Caribbean, Mexico, California Coastal, Alaska, Canada-New England, or Northern Europe (Seabourn Venture and excursions excluded). Members receive $300 Onboard Credit per stateroom and one (1) welcome amenity selected by Carnival.
