I’ve misplaced my Wynn Rewards card, how do I get a new one?
If you have lost or damaged your Wynn Rewards card, simply visit the Wynn Rewards desk located on the casino floor to obtain a new one. You will need to present your valid government-issued photo identification.
What is the criteria for becoming a Platinum or Black tier member?
You can become a Platinum tier member by earning at least 7,000 Tier Credits within a calendar year. Black tier is reached when you earn 70,000 Tier Credits in a calendar year. Tier Credits can be earned by playing select reel slots, video poker machines, and table games with your Wynn Rewards card. Click here for full terms and conditions.

When will my COMPDOLLARS expire?
COMPDOLLARS expire twelve (12) months after earning if earned at Wynn and Encore Las Vegas or six (6) months after earning if earned at Encore Boston Harbor.
How can I earn slot points?
Slot points for FREECREDIT can only be earned while using your Wynn Rewards card while playing participating reel and video poker slot machines on the casino floor. Playing live poker, race and sports betting, and electronic and live table games, such as blackjack, roulette, craps, etc., do not earn slot points. Slot points expire twelve (12) months from the date they are earned.
What can I use my slot points on?
Slot points earned from playing select slot machines is called Point Play. Point Play can be converted into FREECREDIT. For every 500 slot points earned using your Wynn Rewards card at Wynn and Encore Las Vegas or Encore Boston Harbor, you will receive $5 in FREECREDIT. You have 30 days to redeem your FREECREDIT once your slot points are converted.
How can I earn COMPDOLLARS?
COMPDOLLARS can be earned while using your Wynn Rewards card at participating slot machines or tables games on the casino floor. COMPDOLLARS earnings vary based on your average bet, time spent at a participating machine or table game, and/or the type of game being played. Playing live poker, race and sports betting, and electronic table games whether in live dealer mode or not do not earn COMPDOLLARS.
